Time to introduce Niamh Ní Rourke, a very talented milliner who will be showcasing her stunning collections at the show.

We had the pleasure to work with Niamh on our recent shoot and you will have seen some of her amazing creations in our imagery and video.

Niamh specialises in bespoke millinery and bridal design.  Each piece is individually tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.  Niamh’s initial interest in hat couture came from a limited selection of avant-garde, unique headwear available to prospective Irish brides. Inspired by timeless designs from the world’s leading fashion houses, she has married her deep appreciation of haute couture with a natural flair for styling.

In her private consultations, she teases out the most detailed descriptions of exactly what each client has envisaged for herself. Using her unique creative vision and expertise, the result is an exclusively designed, handmade and hand-finished creation, beautifully complimenting the bride’s complete ensemble. Niamh chooses the finest, most luxurious fabrics and materials in her work, ensuring its uniqueness.  Many of her preferred designs combine silk dupions, velvets and Peachbloom felts, embellished with Chantilly and jacquard laces, Swarovski elements, fresh water pearls, hand-crafted silk roses and vintage veiling.

Sympathetic to every bride’s desire for individuality, Niamh’s creations give expression to the gamut of emotions, from the audacious to the innocence of tradition, with the eloquence of an artist.

As for the accoutrements of bridal wear, Niamh Ní Rourke deals in bespoke veils, jewellery, garters, sashes, wrist-cuffs and lace gloves.  Designs and gifts for mothers of the brides, Maids and Matrons of Honour, or full bridal parties are also available upon request.
